Our Milwaukee Trip to meet Brooklyn!

This past weekend we went to Milwaukee to meet Brooklyn. She is adorable! She was very well mannered for us while we were there-sleeping a lot and not fussing too much. Jen was so fast in getting to her we didn't even hear her wake up for her feeding on Sat night! We really had a great time. The boys (Ryan, Nate and Anthony) stayed busy with some home improvement tasks. And the girls (Mom, Jen, Amy and I) were crafty. Here are some pics of the little cutie! (and of course, Daniel)
What a nice kiss, huh? And, now a hug...

That's right. I'm going back to work for Lockheed Martin!!! I have really missed the people and they're excited to have me back. I start Monday. I'm very happy to accept their offer to work from home one day a week and to have every other Friday off :)

Good Times with Friends

Yesterday, Daniel and mommy went to the southern suburbs to visit Amy and Emree Cameron. We haven't seen them in WAY too long. Here's Daniel and Emree sharing her wagon.
Last weekend, Nate took Daniel down the hill in his sled. He didn't like it at all.Daniel wanted to use a BIG spoon to eat his yogurt. What a mess!
Last trip to grandma and grandpa Fedie's produced this video! I have NO idea where he learned trick? Daddy??

The economic crisis has hit us

Well, Jen got some bad news when she went to work today. Target cut about 9% of headquarter jobs and hers was one of them. (Sister Katie had one of them too) They sure don't think about who they're eliminating. We're hoping the next job is closer to home. She's taking it well (and is excited to have this opportunity to spend more time with Daniel...too bad it isn't summer) We'll keep you all up to date on any progress.
